Chris did an amazing job residing our forty year old house. He helped us understand and pick out the best product to use. He removed all our old siding and evicted furry tenants we weren't even aware of. All the gaps in our house were plugged up and places that should have had structure (but didnt) were addressed and repaired. The house looks brand new and we have had many passerby ask for our contractors number. All waste building materials were removed and the area was always left free of debris. We are very pleased with the work Chris did. Would highly recommend this contractor and will definitely add him to my go to list!

We love working with Chris! Chris has completed many jobs at our home, both small (leaking faucet) to big (renovating our kitchen and finishing our basement from start to finish) and we are thrilled with his work. I asked Chris to help me with some general tasks: hanging pictures, floating shelves, correcting a gate that wouldn't close properly etc.

He arranged to come on short notice, and did the work exceptionally well and very quickly. Unlike many others that responded to me, he charged me a minimal amount of money and did the work conscientiously. He even cleaned up some adhesive that was on my hardwoood floors, that I had noticed, but wasn't able to clean.

I will be calling him again to help with several more tasks that I need done in the future.

Chris came in and spoke to me and my wife. He helped us through every step and brought our vision to life. His meticulous attention to detail was a game changer for us. He made sure every thing was filled and straight and 100%. We were so happy with the results. We would refer Chris to anyone who asks and will definitely use him again.

Both my neighbour and I had basement windows that required replacing. The metal surrounding was rotten and the windows were 40+ years old. Quotes we received were either ridiculously high ($1900 for 3 windows!?!?!) or in some cases, companies wouldn't even consider doing the job unless we were replacing every window in our house (all others are new windows). Chris came in, quoted both of us for a complete job and ordered our windows. Once ready to install, he showed up with his asst on time and did an AMAZING job in record time. I can't say enough about the work ethic of Chris. NO breaks just worked! Fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to use him again (and will for my deck next)

We wanted to fix/refinish our front porch and seeing as Chris had fantastic reviews, we decided to go with him. He removed the existing underside of our porch roof/ceiling and replaced it adding in some new pot lights. He also repaired our front porch columns and repainted all door/window trim etc. He was efficient, respectful, very detail oriented and definitely thought ahead regarding what was required and how he was going to do it. He very much kept us in the loop about what was happening and always checked in to make sure we were all on the same page. We are extremely happy with the results and it was definitely a pleasure to work with Chris. Will definitely be contacting him in the future for other projects. Would highly recommend!

It's not often I write a review, however this time I felt compelled to give a review after some work Chris did on my house. He installed baseboards in my top floor and repaired my stair nose piece after a previous contractor failed to install it correctly weeks before. I must say I am very happy with the work he did. I was impressed at his attention to detail and the common courtesies he showed (that a lot of contractors don't) such as cleaning up all the leftover mess when he finished working, and asking me if I would like him to remove his shoes in the house.I will definitely be using Chris again for future projects and would gladly recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you for all your hard work!

Chris was extremely professional, prompt, honest, and did an amazing job on our complete bathroom Reno. This included taking down a wall, putting in a new glass shower, tiling, plumbing, painting, and new lighting. Chris had some great design ideas as well, which we included in our Reno. We look forward to having Chris do more work for us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends.

Chris is a wonderful find! He is very committed to his customers from scheduling to follow up. He did the work as quoted on my basement, even though he encountered unforseen issues. Highly recommend him.
