They left everything better than when they arrived and provided us with clear operational instructions. They even painted the gas line to match the house. My furnace had stopped working in the early morning hours.
I Called Dwayne from Cool flame and he sent his tech Jerimy out that morning.
Upon inspection it was found the heat exchanger was corroded through. The problem was shown to me and I was given the option to repair or replace.
Since the furnace was over twenty years old I opted for a new unit, for a great price.
It was installed within two hours of my desision.
Incredibly clean work and great men to have in my home.
I highly recommend Dwayne and Jerimy for repairs and service.

Dwayne was fantastic ! he came on time to come and take a look at a fireplace issue to give me a quote and not sure how.... the door closed and locked us out of the house.
