My furnace had stopped working in the early morning hours. I Called Dwayne from Cool flame and he sent his tech Jerimy out that morning. Upon inspection it was found the heat exchanger was corroded through. The problem was shown to me and I was given the option to repair or replace. Since the furnace was over twenty years old I opted for a new unit, for a great price. It was installed within two hours of my desision. Incredibly clean work and great men to have in my home. I highly recommend Dwayne and Jerimy for repairs and service. In fact I have a great slogan for Dwaye I call him " Coolflayme Dwayne"
