I know about this company through my research in HomeStars. Brian was responsive in my email queries. I went down to the showroom to check out the various models and Brian explained them throughly. The quote was competitive. Sonny came in our house to do the measurement very timely. After placing the order, we had to change the model due to the design changes to our renov project. Brian was patient with us and worked with our plan. Brian even wanted to make sure that the materials around fireplace is fire resistant. It shows they care about their customers. Installation was completed without delay or issues.

I was having a few minor issues with my fireplace. The repair man showed up on time and was super friendly and helpful. He explained to me the problem with the fireplace and repaired it quickly. He also explained that I would need further maintenance in a year or so with regards to the pilot light. He explained to me the process of how to order it and arrange service. A great experience overall.

Excellent service by company and do not hesitate to use this service. Sonni provides constant updates. Notwithstanding numerous complications due to problems with our chimney he coordinated and delivered two new gas fireplaces. The service coordinates the chimney, instal of liners and fireplaces and takes charge from day one. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted them, Sonny came to my home to do an estimate, and the job was completed by Hossein within 2 weeks. My mantel looks incredible and turned out better than my highest expectations.
