We are completely happy with the experience of purchasing our new fireplace through Sonny. He and Brian made things very easy with great suggestions and patient explanations of the various options. Also, he dealt with our contractor on some technical installation issues which helped considerably. These are real professionals who know their business and product line. Sonny and Brian are great examples off why a purchaser like myself gets so much better service and assistance than would be the case from a large mega-vendor. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation

Our gas fireplace was not functioning properly. Imran assessed the situation and was able to provide a clear explanation of what needed to be done. He proceeded to painstakingly take the components apart, replace the ones that were worn and performed an immaculate cleaning. It now functions like new and looks amazing. Imran is a wonderful person and a true professional who can be relied on completely. I have no hesitation recommending him to look after your gas fireplace needs.
