Dan and his team were excellent. From the initial consultation through the installation, everyone at Air Leaders was knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. We are extremely happy with the service and final result.

Dan was professional - he helped us to choose a boiler that is right for our household size and didnt upsell us into buying a more expensive model. Their price was also reasonable considering the quality of the boiler and their service (we bought a Rinnai combi boiler). We had checked with three other HVAC companies before going with Air Leaders and their prices were ridiculously high for the brands/models they were selling. They also pushed you into signing rental contracts that could be twice or more as expensive because the contract only ends when the equipment has reached their end of life ~ 10 years +, as determined by the company.

On the day of installation, the team was on time and made sure everything was in order before they left. The following day, there was some minor problem with the heater, but they came back on the same day and fixed it. Im very happy with Air Leaders service.

It turns out our Noritz tankless water heater was not correctly installed in 2013 with the condensing fluid discharge tube hooked directly to the AC discharge tube which flowed to an outside drain.
The Air Leader staff immediately identified the problem as the tankless heater discharge would freeze in the winter and block the discharge tube causing the water heater to shut down. A new tube hooked up to a water pump was installed so that the heater discharge could be pumped to the laundry room tub drain inside the house.

Phenomenal service from start to finish. The owner showed up in 2 hours to provide a quote. He thoroughly inspected the job site and provided recommendations to solve the recurring problem we had with the existing furnace. The staff showed up right on time to do the work and delivered a high quality installation that followed the building codes through and through. The old problems are gone and we have a uniform and pleasant heat across the different levels of the house. This was my first job with the Air Leaders, but I recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC contractors.

Our old water heater got broken and was leaking. We contacted Dan from Air Leaders and got it replaced to a tankless water heater very next day ahead of schedule. We also saved a lot of space in the basement with tankless one. The team was on time, professional, answered any questions I had and completed the job quick and efficiently. Highly recommend.
