We hired Lighthouse Inspections to inspect a condo that we had just placed an offer on. Michael was very thorough and experienced in his inspection. Immediately following the visit, he emailed us a detailed report, including pictures of any problems/deficiencies. We were impressed with his professionalism and appreciate his service.
