From the beginning the sales representative presented all of the options that were available for our replacement windows including types, styles and environmental options. The windows were delivered on time and the installation crew were extremely customer focused and friendly. I'm already recommend New Look to my friends.

I got New Look to change all the windows in my home . Once I signed the contract, an installer came to take custom measurements. On the installation day the installers showed up around 8:30am and worked like crazy until about 6. They where done in one day, which was a nice surprise.The windows look great, a great quality product at a competitive price (we had other quotes). I would defiantly recomend New Look to others.
