The installers were professional and very experienced. To mount the casing on the inside was tricky because the wall angled away close to the door. They did a fantastic job. We purchased windows in December and got them installed. Windows were on time and the workers who installed the window were highly knowledgeable. Windows look beautiful and we feel more comforfable. Windows made our home very quiet. Our salesman was knowledgeable in the windows and doors field, always ready to answer your questions with a smile on his face We did have a concern with two windows which were taken seriusly by our Sales person and he got them fixed within one week.
