I am very grateful to Alex and his team for the splendid new look of my home – and I must say I’m not a customer who’s easy to please. I check all available offers, ask A LOT of questions and usually need a few days to make a final decision. Alex patiently answered all of my questions, as he is a very pleasant and friendly salesman who will never pressure you into signing a contract. Apart from New Look’s promptness and product quality, I appreciated they value customers’ choices and never seek to influence them after providing a full service description or answering all questions.
