An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I found New Look DOORS AND WINDOWS truly outstanding and professional. Not only was the pricing excellent but equally and almost more important customer service was beyond what I've come to expect. I was dubious of the usually lip service one would get as a consumer. It was important for us to get the windows in on a specific date due to the time sensitivity of other TRADES. New look diligence and follow up insured the windows met the installation date and relieved any worries we had. Installers did a great job building the BAY window in a professional and timely manner.
