I can't say enough about my home inspection. Bryce was punctual, approachable, fun, personable, knowledgeable and most of all professional. Bryce pointed out all the imperfections about the house in a way that put my mind at ease. it can be scary hearing about all the things wrong in a house that you forget about the good things. Bryce gives you the entire pitcure and makes you feel confident about your purchase and decision. not to mention, Bryce went above and beyond his paid services without asking. what a heart of gold that gentleman has. Bryce came and did an inspection for us very last minute and on a holiday weekend. He was punctual, very, very thorough and answered all of our MANY questions. He provided the report electronically same day.
Any follow up questions we had later he got back to us straight away. Would highly recommend!!

Bryce was on time and immediately started the inspection, he encouraged open dialogue and questions throughout the process and made us feel very comfortable in the process. His knowledge and open communication educated us on things to look for in our home moving forward.
Bryce was very thorough and paid attention to little details that the average home owner wouldn't know to look for. His use of equipment (moisture meter, thermal imaging camera) gave us an indication of some areas that are blind to the naked eye and allowed us to know some of the other things going on with the home.
