Got a home inspection done by Bryce at Rankin home inspections. Very professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. He was very thorough and his findings were spot on. With his recommendations, I had a specialist come in and look at the foundation and he also confirmed exactly what Bryce had found. I would not recommend buying a home without Bryce inspecting it....Highly recommended

Bryce was very knowledgeable and thorough during the inspection. I asked a lot of questions & he patiently answered them. I was looking to purchase a rental property. A duplex. We have called upon Bryce 4 times so far to do a home inspection for us. Twice in the town of Simcoe, and we did purchase the home which was inspected the second time. My husband and I had Bryce Rankin come out and do 2 home inspections for us. We found him to be most professional and easy to work with. Due to Bryce's great knowledge of his profession my husband and I was able to make a better informed decision regarding the home we wanted to purchase. This is why the price was $685.00 due to having a 2nd home inspection on a different property. Bryce was very punctual and thorough. He accommodated us even though we were purchasing outside of him local area. I would not hesitate to contact him in the future should we ever need to.
