Received a quick call back from Andre. He was very patient, friendly and eager to help explain a possible resolution for a mildew moldy smell from my cold room. Great guy.

Andre was very thorough on this walkthrough of the house. He pointed out different things, make recommendations of what needed to be repaired, I would highly recommend him.

Andre is very knowledgeable and very professional and does a very through inspection on all aspects of the home. Also includes pictures with his report of items that need attention right away and of those that should be looked after in the near future. He shows up on time and takes the time required to do a proper job (3hrs + in regards to this inspection) and tells you what's he doing and what's he looking for. Would highly recommend Andre for anyone looking for a good home inspection.

André was great! He was available for a home inspection the day after our offer was accepted. Took lots of time to answer our questions and point out how everything worked. Much more confident in our house purchase decision after having André inspect the house. He's willing (and happy) to answer endless questions and explain the mechanical workings of furnaces etc.
