Timely, professional, pleasant and thorough. Would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a home inspector before purchasing. He explained everything as we walked through the house, and the report had a tonne of detailed information and pictures.

From the very first call to 4sight inspection I spoke with Michael and he was very clear and helpful to me a frantic first time buyer. He gave me alot of options for my inspection date that worked with our busy work schedule. Inspection date comes and Chris was first in and already making notes on the property and this continued with a very detailed account of issues. I believe no stone was unturned. (Really he move alot of things to clearly see foundation and check for structural issues like water leaks etc.) We moved into the house and this continued with detail explanations on approximate time for needed repair and advice on maintenance and kept objectively reassuring us of the lifetime investment we were in the process of purchasing. Super friend down to either dude in Chris. He didnt make the experience ackward or boring at all. Very please with the report it was super informative and detailed in a organized manner. He was able to give us everything we needed to make a informed decision on our new home..YES WE GOT THE HOUSE! Chris and Michael helped us make the decision with confidence. Super please this is how businesses should serve its clients in my opinion and they did it with expertise and classes. Thanks for the experience and I will recommend you guys to everyone buying a property I know.

I booked the service online. I found the online booking so easy and very helpful in allowing me to plan my activities without waiting to talk to an individual.

On the day, the home inspector was punctual, pleasant to work with, very thorough and detailed in his work. The report was very detailed, clear and easy to understand and gave a clear roadmap of maintenance items that needed to be done.

Just had my home inspection done by Chris in Pickering. Very thorough, professional review. He answered any questions I had and was happy to explain what he was doing and checking. He comes with a wealth of experience so my mind was at ease.

Securing a last minute appointment was very easy and on the inspection day Michael attended to all my questions and was very thorough. He was considerate towards our family and young ones in the way he raised the house issues that he found. This was actually an informative and enjoyable experience - despite the heavy downpour! The gentlemen who inspected the house was very accomodating and helpful with answering questions of ours as it is our first time doing this. He worked through the entire home thoroughly yet efficiently while engaging us with what it was he was exactly doing.

Everything looks good until we discover the undisclosed and unidentified defects in the home. Inspection missed to identify a leaky water valve on ceiling and did not identify the rotten carpet , probably caused by water damage. Reviews can be excellent for others but when you have to pay huge amount to fix a home which could have been avoided, then it is 0 star. This review for 4sight.homestars.com. Michael helped us with pre-listing inspection at our house. He arrived on time and was very thorough with his work. Explained all the major aspects after the inspection. He sent the report with very detailed explanations later in the day, which was very comprehensive.
