I requested a mid-project inspection as I had changed contractors and had an interested buyer in my property. I wanted to be sure prior to moving forward that issues with work completed were evaluated and to ensure all measures were taken for work moving forward to be of the highest quality. I was able to book the review quickly, it was extremely cost effective, and the inspector was happy to address specific areas of concern that I had noted. Very pleased with the process and outcome.

Very professional service. Booking with them is a very smooth process. Chris is a very professional person, he arrived on time and also explained to me the nuances to look for. The inspection was very detailed and took around 2 hours.
The inspection report is also quite thorough supported by general guidelines and pictures.

We had an 1880's home inspected - the report they provided and feedback on site was exceptional. No page was left unturned. They were timely, courteous and respectful of the cleanliness of the home. Highly recommend.

We just had a complete home reno done with a ton of issues. We needed a third party professional to come inspect the job. We are 3 months post reno and have had numerous leaks. We called 4 sight Saturday night they answered the phone right away and scheduled someone Sunday morning. We called someone else and no response. The fact that someone answered when we called and was able to send someone out immediately the next day is excellent service in our books. We also received a report same day. Report was thorough and included detailed pictures. Aaron was excellent. Very nice and worked efficiently examining all issues we indicated with great detail. Fantastic home inspection company. Deserves every 5 star they have achieved up to now.

Had inspection done couple weeks ago with Michael.

He was approachable, well-informed, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He did not rush and was patient when I asked questions. More importantly he highlighted issues that really needed to be fixed rather than every little shortcomings of the home.

His report was also very thorough; and he had also mentioned that if I have any questions I can always follow-up via email, which was quite reassuring.

As a single mom and grandmother I called " 4 Sight Inspections" initially from their sight on line. I found this sight and it was so informative even before calling I felt My home was in the best of hands.
Michael answered the very first time I called. I expected to have to leave a voice mail but a real-life human not only answered but gave me multiply times available. My inspection was able to be done the following morning. On the phone, Michael was gracious and kind giving me exactly what to expect with the home inspection and total costs involved. He gave me a heads up as to what I could do to be prepared so he was able to access areas, eg attic access, interior walls. plumping drains and electrical. This too was clear online to have access.
From the moment I greeted Michael at the door, he gave me the assurance that made me feel like a family client - even though I have never met him before. Instantly I felt secure and he was completely going to give me all the guidance and knowledge I would need to understand exactly what was immediately needed for safety and health, and to learn how and what to maintain my home properly. All areas small and large were documented with clear pictures showing any problems. He even gave me a scope of what some of the jobs would cost for repair. This alone gives me an understanding, as I thought that some of these issues were too big or expensive to address. Now I have a list of priorities and feel I can take this task on and do a good job for my home's investment.
My only wish is this company would expand to the Northern area of Ontario/ I have a cottage that also could use an inspection.

Chris was a great inspector. This was our first home inspection since moving to Toronto and we weren’t sure about the home as structurally it looked salvageable though we knew it was an overhaul job. Chris explained every little thing in great detail from the exterior to the interior, and we learned a lot just from listening to him talk through the home.
