I’m new to Canada and first buyer and was referred to 4 Sight Inspection by my realtor agent who always had good experience with them. I contacted them and got a prompt response with some options of date and time to execute the service. They were punctual, professional and after the inspection was done, the inspector spent another 20minutes explaining his impressions and/or points of attention. I’m very pleased with the result and comfortable to make my final decision.

I am an out of town landlord with a rental property in Ottawa which is an older condo garden home. My decision to use 4Sight Home Inspections did not disappoint. Rick was very professional, courteous, and detailed while on-site, on the phone, in emails and in his reporting. This allowed me to start a dialogue with the property manager about attic/roof observations and to take the steps necessary to correct some issues inside the home.
