Securing a last minute appointment was very easy and on the inspection day Michael attended to all my questions and was very thorough. He was considerate towards our family and young ones in the way he raised the house issues that he found. This was actually an informative and enjoyable experience - despite the heavy downpour! The report was also produced very quickly and in an easy to read format. Thanks a bunch Michael!
