I did not receive a text message from this company. I am very satisfied with the product however, the workers left behind lots of metal pieces, old screening, screws and spikes in my garden, on my front porch and driveway when they came to my house on June 8. I phoned the sales man who had come to my house and told him about this and he asked if I could just throw the trash out. Then came back and said the workers would come back to clean it up. They did and threw the trash in my recycle bin. This type of metal is not recyclable. I informed the salesman again that the trash was put into my blue box. He stated he would talk to his manager and get back to me and I have not heard anything since that time. So the metal trash is still sitting in my blue box......waiting to be cleaned up.

The team is very organized, on time, no delays, very professional, very clean, they cleaned after they finished their job.. Great company!

I did find it very expensive . I would like to have a break down on what it cost the insulation to put it up and how you come to that price. ( house and garage).I ask the man but he just gave me a price not the break down. My friends and family thought it was expensive. The corners one said that it should been one piece tod go around. Other wise it looks great and l do not have to hire someone to clean my evasdrops. Yes l would recommend it if you could afford it.

Very professional operation. Everything happened just the way they said it would. They checked to make sure exactly what we wanted where and gave us a final walk around where we got to change some small things..

Very satisfied with the Leaf Guard product and installation by Gutter Depot Canada. The sales person was knowledgable and helpful. Installation was done on schedule and cleanup was satisfactory. I like the heavy duty weight and dimensions of the troughs and drain spouts. Troughs perform in heavy rain as advertised. The final test will be this fall with the leaves and fir needles. Pricing might be higher than competitors but this was offset by peace of mind.

I have one disappointment. I had to deal with a US call centre when I first contacted Gutter Depot. The first time they connected me to a Washington state dealer who wrote that we were out of his area (Toronto)! The second attempt got it right. After the job was finished I called the number Gutter Depot provided to file a customer satisfaction review and got the US call centre again who, after taking all my personal details again, said that Gutter Depot would be in touch to arrangement a sales visit appointment! So I never filed any comments until I received an invite from HomeStars. Gutter Depot should get on top of this because it really took away from an otherwise satisfactory experience.

The installation was done in a first class manner and the clean up was well done after. Only took a few hours to complete! Nicely done.......Bob

Gutter Depot came over to our place last year to change our whole gutter system at home.
We never had water leakage problem at home at all.
This passing winter we had it and water leaked from first floor all the way to the basement.
Our roofer came over to check and advised it was the stopper that was installed by Gutter Depot that caused this problem.
I called Gutter Depot and nothing was done and no compensation for fixing all the leakage from first floor to basement.
For our basement we had to take out all the carpet and the walls because it was molded.
