Excellent service from start with Scott who came out to assess and go over options. On the day of the work, Daniel and Mehmet arrived on time. They finished in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend their service.

Communication and installation were first rate. Very happy with my lights. Virtually invisible track during the day and infinite light displays are possible plus the preprogrammed themes.

Extremely disappointed with Trades by Jack. I contacted them about Gemstones installation and they sent someone over for a quote. The sales rep gave me all the info and provided me with a quote for the Gemstones. I signed a contract, paid a deposit and secured my installation date. To be fair, my sales rep was responsive, courteous and punctual.

On the day of the install, the installers told me I would need to pay an additional $1000 for equipment they needed for the install. I refused and they left. Later my sales rep called me and said they could complete the job with an additional $1000. I was shocked that we agreed on a price, signed a contract and are now demanding an additional $1000 to complete the job. They should have completed the job with the price that they agreed and signed to.

Disappointing customer service from the manager who shrugged it off as an error - she only apologised when I told her I hadnt even gotten so much as an apology. Zero effort was put in to make it right. They refunded my deposit and honestly didnt seem to care at all about my experience or trying to find a solution. Felt duped by the whole experience. Do not recommend.

I had my eaves replaced by Trades by Jack and they were wonderful to deal with! Professional, courteous and answered all my questions. A few months have past (and we have had some big rain and wind storms), and I'm still very happy with my new eaves!

Based my project with this company on the all the great reviews. The product installed does not work properly and there are leaks. When installing there was a huge mess and things were damaged without resolution. Not what they seem, don't be fooled, stay clear of this company.

The Father and Son Team - Rob & Donny were very Professional with their work and findings through inspection and repair of our eaves troughs.
