Eric was professional, personable, and capable. There were a few hiccoughs during the complete reno of our kitchen, but Eric dealt with all the subcontractors quickly and efficiently to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. We would recommend Eric to any of our family and friends.

The most important item is always Eric Elford's creative solution of two problem situations involving the replacement of two large rotted posts: . The first 8 foot post held up a corner of the deck around the house Eric';s installation with careful sawing and shaping and finally painting restored the integrity of the deck. The second was a large corner post of a small gate beside a large garageway gate and here his creative work replacing the fence post and a concrete base, and hanging the large gates with anti-sag guy wires and fixing the small gate lock. Eric's ingenuity and problem-solving was absolutely essential to this job.

Eric and his team helped us optimize our basement, turning an underutilized area and guest bedroom into a significantly expanded, brighter, and generally refreshed large bedroom for us. Along the way Eric made some great recommendations around enhancements and incorporation of existing materials to help keep the post-war character of the house. We are very happy with the results and would recommend Eric to anyone looking for general contractor.

Holy Cow! Eric transformed our tired old 1958 built Burnaby home into a place I can hardly recognize. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. The entire renovation was done over the summer holidays while my wife and kids were away and they came back to a beautiful new home. Everything went like clockwork and the place looks better than we ever dreamed it would.
