I had Rafi from AFG Heating and Cooling come out to perform winter maintenance on the furnace. Rafi walked me through the inspection and described the process in details. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledge. It is very uncommon to find a service person who shares his knowledge with a customer as he walks through the entire maintenance process. I highly recommend Rafi and AFG Heating and Cooling and I certainly will be reaching out to them in the future for my heating and cooling needs.

I called Direct Energy based on the letter sent by them to have a maintenance (plan) check up for the furnace. I asked only for one time pay maintenance and they offered an appointment two months from now! Ridiculous... I called AFG based on the reviews and I was not wrong. The next day I had Rafi for a maintenance check and he was pretty quick and thorough and more than that provided some "educational advice for the future". He is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I totally recommend his services. I'm quite sure that if you chose AFG you won't regret it.

Have underfloor heating in my basement and went to turn it on last week but nothing seemed to be working. Called AFG, they arrived promptly, assessed the issue and came up with a solution. Each step of the process was explained in detail, and how the replacement parts would help and before long everything was back working perfectly. I also had my furnace serviced at the same time, excellent job. Will have my business from now on. Thanks

Furnace stopped working in hot summer and ending up needing a new one. Fasi from AFG was great, service was fast and everyone professional and friendly.
They spent the time working hard on getting the right model for the right price with very quick turn around. Contacted other HS companies but they just didn't measure up. They even ensure the products registration and warranty are submitted for you. It's just top notch service like this that sets them apart.

Rafi is great to deal with! Very honest and trustworthy - I have used him for service on my furnace for a few years now. When I called him this morning with no heat- he fit me in and came the same day! Still working at 7pm on a Saturday night! Thanks again Rafi

Raffi is very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal on a new furnace and A/C unit for our home. The installation crew was very efficient and treated out house like it was their own.

When the summer arrived, there was a setup issue with the A/C - I called Raffi and he came over immediately to fix it ... even though it was 10 PM on a Friday night.

I would not hesitate to recommend AFG for their awesome service!
