Great service from start to finish!
Vladimir gave me a fair price, he was very patient despite on many questions. Measuring guy came next day and confirmed everything, he gave me a few smart suggestions. Installers were professional and quick. Very pleased!

Product is great, but customer service is horrendous. They will not return phone calls or emails regarding service or government rebates. I am now waiting 6+ months for my window rebate after being told that their accountant just has to process it. I have left several voice messages and sent several emails. My next step is going to be dropping by the office. Sales managers number is apparently no longer in service. I feel that this company is not above board and if I am not on top of them to get my rebate they will just apply for and pocket it themselves. Will never use them again nor recommend them anyone.

I have used them for my buildings and for my home and the professionalism was 5 stars. The team that installed was clean , neat and did great job.

Although there was an original misunderstanding, Weather Pro came through with the casings that were originally discussed. They came in, removed the MDF, and reinstalled vinyl casings. I am happy they came through with the original discussion and the windows and finished product is good.

i approached weather pro windows on replacing all the windows in our house and they came in with an exceptable price to replace the old windows. I liked the profile of their window and the insulating factor of the composition of the windows. the install went well, up until i noticed a few months later that one of the windows in the basement had a broken track. so when you went to open it it may fall out of place. i contacted the head office and emailed in pictures of the window and the issue to them expecting them to make a attempt to deal with the problem. some 9 months later i am still waiting and calling them to try to get this resolved with no satisfaction at all. we are being totally ignored on the issue of getting this window repaired. for this purpose i will not recommend them to any one. my belief is if you sell a product stand behind it. Not happy at all.
