Product is great, but customer service is horrendous. They will not return phone calls or emails regarding service or government rebates. I am now waiting 6+ months for my window rebate after being told that their accountant just has to process it. I have left several voice messages and sent several emails. My next step is going to be dropping by the office. Sales managers number is apparently no longer in service. I feel that this company is not above board and if I am not on top of them to get my rebate they will just apply for and pocket it themselves. Will never use them again nor recommend them anyone.
