The installer showed up n time. He is very good at what he does. When he was finished he took the time to explain the proper operation of the new window. He also totally cleaned up when he was finished both inside and outside on the deck. I am quite pleased.

Platinum Windows & Doors did a fantastic job of installing the windows at our house - Zoran, the installer, was efficient, thorough and clean! The house looks like it’s been given a much-needed facelift and at the same time the temperature inside the house is much improved.

We purchased the doors through Lowe’s in Maple in May and had them installed by Platinum Window and Doors in October.

The Sales representative was great to deal with. He was informative and easy to work with. I had to call the company three times over the three months to secure a date for installation.

Installation was significantly delayed beyond expected targets due to COVID-19. Installation took only a day and the crew was very professional.

I walked into Lowe's to enquire about replacing a patio door. They put me in touch with Platinum Windows and doors. My first contact was with Jim. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. The project grew from just a patio door to replacing the dining room and basement window and adding a front screen door. All I needed to do was give him an idea of what I was looking for and he gave me a product that was perfect. The installer, Harris, was excellent. He arrived on time and was very mindful with all COVID protocols. He explained steps and showed why I had drafts and at the end of the job cleaned everything up. I would recommend this company and Harris without any hesitation.
