To say the work was good will be an understatement. The technician from start to finish was extremely professional and performed the task of replacing the windows with great skills and knowledge. He was polite and would take the time to explain any issues he found. He was tidy and careful around my property. I’ve had many compliments on his work and even had request for his information. He exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfy with the end results. I will definitely be going back to them for future work to be done.

The sales rep and the installer were very personable, knowledgeable and prompt. Instalation was right on schedule and looks great.

Removed the original patio door and installed new door. Job was professionally done. Cleaned up after installation.

The job was delayed due to the pandemic but once they were allowed, things were done quickly and to my my satisfaction.

Nice door and glass - wife, friends and neighbours like it - the installer did a good job installing and cleaning up - small blemish on the frame was difficult to cover properly with touch up paint provided - didn’t notice it until after they left - probably should have had them come back - overall vast improvement

We were very satisfied with our experience! It was all very smooth and easy. And Vlad (who installed our windows) was EXCELLENT. He did the work quietly and thoroughly, and the the work was outstanding. We were very happy with the over all price, we had no issues with sizing of the windows, and Vlad seemed to take pride in his work. We would recommend Platinum and Doors to any of our friends, and would definitely use them again ourselves.

I had a front door installed and the installer showed up on time and did a great job with the install , this guy really takes pride in his work .
Also it was a real pleasure dealing with Maggie from their office , she gave outstanding customer service . Maggie communicated every detail with me and treated me like I was so special .. Because of Maggie and the great install I will definitely use your company again and refer you when I can .
