Front door replacement. Quoting was easy, and friendly, person came over with all the brochure and finish option, was able to sit down and determine what we wanted. Was very easy to price out option and impact to overall price.
Installation was done on time scheduled date. Very professional and cleaned up nicely. After installation follow-up to see if everything is up to par.

the work was done by experts, who where also friendly, and cleaned up after they were done. This was done on a very hot and humid day.

I am very happy with this company, they have replaced a screen door, sliding patio door, front door (high quality) approximately four windows, not all at the same time, over the last three years. Jim is always available and all of the installers (three different crews) do excellent work and are polite, respectful and also offer advice when asked. I have no complaints at all, the products and workmanship and staff are wonderful to deal with. They are reliable, on time (delays due to demand are not unexpected) and have not let me down at all. I miss Maggie's sunshiny voice and Marianne is lovely to talk to as well. Great jobs, well done!

I had to replace 5 of my windows, after getting few quotes I decided that their's was the most reasonable and decided to go ahead with them.
The window installation was delayed for almost 2 months (that's why I gave 4 and not 5 stars), but at the end they were installed and so far I'm satisfied with the results & the quality (it's been almost 3 months and we had a brutal weather).
The guy who installed it (a greek guy, can't remember his name) was professional and kept things as clean and tidy as possible.
Overall I'm pleased with the results (except from the delay).

The workmanship was excellent. The installers were very thorough and professional in their work. After looking at a couple of companies, we picked Platinum because the price was very reasonable, and because of the guarantee of the work and materials. Jim and Maggie were very helpful. It was nice to see that Gus dropped by to make sure everything was ok with us. I would highly recommend them.

Maggie and MaryAnna ( forgive me if I misspelled the name ) at Platinum are very friendly and professional. The GreenOn rebate program deadline was something I was concerned about, but they did the job in time. Harris, the installer, was quite thorough and friendly.
They replaced the windows on time and I am very happy. I would recommend them if someone is looking for windows

After a long delay our windows arrived. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very professional and organized. They did a great job cleaning up and worked very quickly. Platinum followed up shortly after to make sure we were satisfied with their work and quickly solved a very minor problem. All in all we are very happy with our windows.

I found Platinum Windows & Doors on the government website and followed up with a call. Maggie was very professional and the leadership engaged with me to answer my questions and work out a deal. Delivery of the windows and doors were delayed due to backlog at the manufacturers - this was handled professional and I was kept in the loop of delays. Once the manufacturing was done, scheduling was superbly handled by Maggie and the site work of changing out the windows were expertly done by the crew.

I had my windows replaced and was very happy with the service, just one small thing which I hope they change for the future. When replacing the window there is a small hole, wish they would fill that in :)

Maggie was amazing with any questions / concerns I had and took her time to reassure me that everything would get done in a timely manner.
