Ordered an exterior door from Platinum Windows & Doors through the Lowes in-store service department. I like doing it this way, because it’s like a double guarantee. They both have skin in the game, so they need to do it right. And right they did. My experience with Platinum was great. They were courteous, had excellent customer service, were on time and installed an excellent product. Very happy.
