Toronto Moving and Storage

I used Toronto Service Center for a move within Toronto from a house to a condo. Three-man crew arrived on time, were pleasant to work with, and careful with our stuff. Worked cooperatively with the superintendent of the condo and were very efficient.

We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service and are happy to recommend TSC without reservation.

This company moved me out of my first home and they did an amazing job no complaints whatsoever. This is why I'm upset I was unable to give them a 10 out 10 this time around. The crew was great amazing guys, very punctual nice to talk too, great customer service, very hard workers. I have nothing bad to say about this company but, at the end of our move an error was made with the price and we had to pay more. I'll be honest with you that didn't sit right with us at all.

It was a long day and included a lot of planning... however the guys that came to do the heavy lifting from TSC deserve most of the credit. They were terrific -- punctual, professional, in control, efficient and right on budget for an 8+ hour endeavour.

Moving can definitely be a stressful time and finding a moving company that is reliable and affordable is like a blessing out of heaven. I decided to give TSC moving & storage a try after the recommendation of one of my friends who used in the past. I am very happy I went with the recommendation.

I submitted the on-line request and received a prompt response from Mike, the estimator who provided me with a quote and asked for some additional information to help plan for the move. Mike was very helpful and extremely patient as I edited and changed my list of items as my moving date approached. They moved everything with ease and were very careful with all my belongings, even helping to take my dining table apart and putting it back together at my new place!

This moving company exudes great service and hospitality and would definitely recommend it to anyone out there looking for a responsible crew that will not leave big holes in your pockets. I sure hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do I'm happy to know these guys are around!

these guys are my heroes. moving is very stressful, and every time i spoke to them in the days leading up to my move, they assured me everything would be fine and go smooth. they weren't kidding. they showed up exactly on time and got right to work, they fit everything in the truck perfectly. everything was in perfect condition after the move. they were fun to hang out with during the move, super pleasant and friendly and professional and FAST.
although i hope to not have to move again anytime soon, if i do, they will be the first to know about it, because i would not hesitate for second about re-hiring them.

When it comes to your move do not go any further! TSC customer satisfaction is what they give....from the initial phone call down to the very end when they say bye! Their rates are affordable, and the movers are professional, courteous, and they make your move stress free! There are no surprises with this company! You get satisfaction guarantee! I highly recommend TSC.

This is a great moving company, with reasonable price and great workers. I called Mike to have a in home estimate done, and I am very happy that he was able to get his workers to my place within 2 days to help me move. Mike is very easy to talk to and right to the point. I will use them again for my next move!

Pros:
- The movers did not break anything and did a good job.
- The company guarantees they won't exceed the estimate by more than 20%.
Cons:
- Our belongings did not all fit in the truck, despite their assurance at the time of the estimate that they would. Their suggested resolution was for me to rent a truck to take the remaining things that they would help me pack if I paid them some cash. This was completely unacceptable, so they had to come back a few days later for our remaining belongings.
- The move took way longer than estimated, so the price was 20% more than the estimate. Due to the length of the move, a lot of boxes were also just dumped in the living room even though they were supposed to go elsewhere and lots of things were just dumped in the garage.
- They scratched the hardwood floor by not putting blankets down.
- There is a surcharge for credit card payments.

TSC moving was awesome! There were 3 guys who worked hard, wrapped everything, were such gentleman. I honestly don't have a single complaint. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Great job!
