We recently completed a major reno and had radiant floors installed throughout the house. From day one, the contractor who installed it couldn't get the system to run properly. Pumps were not turning on at the right time, some areas got heat while others didn't, and the final straw was a faint smell of gas/exhaust in the utility room. I called the contractor about the smell and no response. So I quickly looked around for somebody else to fix the problem. Lucky for me I found AccuServ. James called me back within an hour of me placing a service call on a Saturday night. Aaron (I hope I spelt his name correctly) showed up the next morning. Within 5 minutes, he pointed out enough issues with the installation that convinced me that I'd been had. Anybody with a driver's license can drive legally but how well they drive is another story. My point is that lots of companies claim they know boilers and radiant floors. These guys really know hydronics (take a look at the before and after pics). AccuServ came in, ripped out the old disaster, and replaced it with a brand new system. I couldn't be happier. Now we have nice warm floors. They were absolutely top notch professionals in their manner and workmanship. No shoes in the house and when they did have to, they completely covered the path they needed to use. A big thanks to Aaron, Art, and Rahul for installing the new system. And to James as well, who took the time to co-ordinate and answer questions at all hours of the day.
