Prompt service for urgent issue; quickly identified the problem with a previous company's poor workmanship and inexperience; thoroughly documented the issues with a written report and photos; helped resolve legal liability issues/compensation with previous company; properly trained in hydronics ( unlike many other heating/ac companies) and did a proper installation of Navian combi boiler according to urgent timelines; competitive pricing, and offered a further discount. Very easy to contact and quick to respond to emails and calls. Very pleasant and helpful owner and staff. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
