I called Vito at DSM for a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). He delivered an inspection exactly the way other customers have described in the other reviews. But, what I liked the most about Vito was his easy-going nature and great sense of humour. It was so nice to finally do business with someone who was so easy to talk to and who could share a few jokes along the way. I felt really comfortable asking even those questions that I thought might be too silly to ask. In the end I knew what had to be done to fix the issues that were found, I received a great report and I learned a lot more about the functions of the home. It was a great day and money very well spent. I highly recommend Vito for your next inspection!

I hired Vito to perform a maintenance inspection of my home. He encouraged me to accompany him during the inspection which was great because I had a lot of questions and he had a lot of answers. After the inspection, Vito handed me a report that was full of pictures and explanations. The best part was that it was easy to understand. Vito found a few minor items that required attention and he provided me with tips and recommendations and other references in case I needed more information. The inspection was informative and taught me a lot about my home that I didn't know before. Thanks for a great inspection!

I purchased an older home in the 90 year old range, and was extremely happy with the inspection performed.
The inspector was knowledgable and willing to explain his findings in detail with me.
He arrived to the house before I did, and really took his time on site.
