An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called Vito at DSM for a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). He delivered an inspection exactly the way other customers have described in the other reviews. But, what I liked the most about Vito was his easy-going nature and great sense of humour. It was so nice to finally do business with someone who was so easy to talk to and who could share a few jokes along the way. I felt really comfortable asking even those questions that I thought might be too silly to ask. In the end I knew what had to be done to fix the issues that were found, I received a great report and I learned a lot more about the functions of the home. It was a great day and money very well spent. I highly recommend Vito for your next inspection!
