Thanks to Vito at DSM for an excellent inspection. I will recommend him without hesitation.

I am a fist home buyer and have no idea about the house. Vito showed me details of all small issues and gave me good advice of maintaining the house in the future.

Vito is not only extremely professional as an inspector but also a very nice guy. I called him two days after my inspection about my concerns about the house. He answered all my questions patiently which helped me to make my decision.

Another thing I want to recommend is the thermal imaging which can help the inspector to identify problems in structure, moisture content and air leakage. I was very happy with the Home Inspection conducted by Vito. We requested DSM's services twice, for two home inspections. The infrared thermal scan was helpful in detecting missing insulation in some parts of the home. The scan also confirmed that there was no hidden moisture present throughout the home.
Vito was extremely helpful when it came to providing me with sound advice on repairs needed for the pool.
Vito’s experience as a landlord was also useful in providing me with advice on the basement apartment that was in this particular home.
He was also quite fair in his assessment of the home, his opinions and suggestions. I would recommend DSM Property Services Inc to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Vito was on time and he went through the home in great detail. We were particularly concerned about the structure and electrical aspects of the home and were glad to know that no major issues were found. Vito provided us with a very detailed report that included all the findings with pictures, recommendations, tips and references for more information. We were very happy with the inspection and we would highly recommend Vito to our family and friends.

Inspection was required in order to find compliance to building code by our custom home builder. Also required a third party report of problems being experienced after occupancy which builder was responsible for but refused to investigate.

I called Vito and within an hour notice he was able to accommodate me. Vito conducted a thorough home inspection and presented me with a detailed, easy to read report that included photos taken of all the problem areas. Vito came and did an inspection for our new home. He was very informative and thorough in his inspection and very personable to work with. I hired Vito at DSM Property Services to conduct a home inspection for me. He was already there when I arrived. Vito clearly knew what he was doing and he even went on the ROOF! That was amazing to me since the last inspector I hired did not go on, even on a clear day. I chose to include the infrared scanning to the inspection and was glad I did. We found some moisture issues that would otherwise not have been found because they were hidden in the ceiling.
