We had our roof done early in Sept and could not have been happier with our decision to use National Star Roofing. From the very start Sokol was very professional and thoroughly explained the installation process and the available products. What made our experience so great:
- the product, which is more durable than the builder grade shingles we originally had on our roof;
- the friendliness of the crew who completed the work;
- the overall customer service;
- the time taken to answer all our questions;
- the efficiency of the crew in getting the job done in one day (we've seen a lot of houses in our neighbourhood with roofing material and trucks taking 3+ days to get the work done, sometimes leaving roofs exposed in bad weather - so glad this wasn't us); and
- the clean up of our site, which also included our neighbours yards.

I had a great experience with Sokol and his crew! They replaced my roof in one day. I do not have the largest house, but since they were worried about the weather, they had 7 people up there to make sure it got done. All of the crew were polite and respectful and when the job was done, I am sure my yard was cleaner than when they arrived. They worked with my schedule, and there was no pressure to "pay me now". Extremely satisfied! And although I have no wish to replace my roof again anytime soon... I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys.

National Star Roofing was fantastic. I received a quick and reasonable quote with an explanation as to why work was needed. The roofers came to repair the roof on time and they cleaned up all the roofing material when they were done - exactly as was discussed. Great customer service and professional work.

The best customer service! Right from the quick response to get a quote, to the time that they were here to re-do our roof. These guys know what they are doing & I feel 100% confident that if we were ever to need them to come back for anything, that they would respond just as quickly too. These guys are the best!

I picked National because of the professional service at a competitive price. They did not disappoint me and Sokol was punctual and explained the process so that I was informed on what to expect. Of the other quotes I received from Homestars rated companies only National Star Roofing was punctual in meeting me at my home to prepare the quote. The re-shingling work went quickly and the results looks great.

Very happy with the job! Sokol came by for an estimate on a Wednesday, and the crew came out on Saturday to complete the job.
the crew cleaned the site well and then Sokol returned for a thorough inspection and ran a magnet around the entire yard!

they used an ice/water peal and stick membrane on the edges, a good membrane on the rest and metal drip edge as well as new vents.

Sokol and the crew were all very nice, polite and professional! very smooth process!
