I interviewed and received quotes from ten different companies before selecting National Star. Their quote was competitive, but most importantly the service and vibe I got from Sokol was excellent from the very start. The quality of work from his crew from start to finish was everything I expected and more. Very friendly, conscientious and made sure I was happy with all of the details. Clean up was very good and they were very accommodating of some challenging site conditions. I rarely write reviews or recommend trades, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat! National Star is an exceptional company with exceptional employees. We needed a new roof on our 16 year old home and after reading the Home Star reviews decided to go with National Star. These men are machines. They came early and finished late did over 1800 sqft in one day!!!! Not only are they fast but they use superior products and draw from a wealth of experience. I couldn't be happier with the completion of the project from start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Sokol and all of his family, they were friendly courteous and the clean up was immaculate. I would not have any hesitation about recommending National Star to anyone looking for roof repairs.

National Star roofing was every bit as good as advertised. Sokol and his crew did excellent work as evidenced by the attached pictures. Sokol made informed suggestions regarding the high profile capping and what shingle colours would work well with the existing colour scheme of the house. This was greatly appreciated as it really added to the overall aesthetic of the house. National Star uses a high quality shingle product and has the expertise to install it correctly. As the garage was lacking a vent they kindly added one and they also added sealant around an exposed window. They cleaned up well during and after the job was completed. It's the attention to detail and quality that sets them apart. Many thanks Sokol and crew you guys are a class act.

National Star did an excellent job. Having done a lot of shingling myself I know what it takes to make a roof really water proof and National Star does it all and they do it well. The crew was fast and efficient with more than enough workers to get the house done in one day. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who needs any roofing done.

Friendly and efficient. Took only one day to finish. They cleaned up afterwards. After the job they advised the potentially issues around the roof area that I might need to look after. All and all really happy about the job.
