They refused to fix a problem they caused and yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me when I asked them to address the problem. At least one person in their office is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not worth doing business with them.

Came highly recommended.
Both myself and a friend have used them.I put in a new toilet, my friend to unclog a bathroom sink. Prompt service, polite, efficient and very reasonable.
No padding of the bill like some companies. Very honest.

Cost me 200 to run a snake and unclog a toilet, go figure. After I asked for receipt, they say I have to pay taxes...as if taxes were not included.

I had a "brand-name" service company come to assess the damage and their prognosis was not good. I contacted Direct Plumbing and told them what the problem was and asked if they would be able to come by and do the repair. The service person was amazing. He suggested that he spend a few minutes to review the situation before starting any work and he found that the original assessment was wrong and was able to solve the problem within 2 hours.

I would highly recommend Direct Plumbing and trust their judgement and professionalism.

I had had work done previously by Jack Pasternak himself from Direct Plumbing. This time he was not available, but the plumber who came instead was very good, and solved our problem efficiently, and at a good price.

Direct Plumbing has helped us out on several occasions. They are always prompt, expert (they really know what they are doing), and reasonable. They give very good advise and go the extra mile to do the job right.
