I am extremely happy with Energytech and their technician Steven who installed a completely new gas line to my Gas stove on June 22nd. He did the job exceptionally well and beyond expectation thus demonstrating professionalism, technical capabilities and was very systematic. In addition to installing the gas line he also connected and installed the Gas stove and took the time to educate us and demonstrate the proper use of the Gas stove. Upon completion of this job he also tested the appliances such as the Furnace and Water Heater to make sure they were all working. He even went an extra mile to clean the unnoticeable dust of which we were very pleased. I would like to thank Steven for doing an excellent job and will not hesitate to use Energytech for our future needs in our household and will certainly recommend you to our friends and families. Had the gas hooked up to my new oven. Job was done professionally and in good time. Noticed a bit of a gas smell the next couple of days, so I asked the company to send the worker back to check the connection. Connection was good and I'm satisfied.

When our new washer and dryer were delivered yesterday, we realized that the dryer was gas operated (we inherited them from the old owner of the house), and so the delivery men would not install until we'd disconnected the gas dryer. I called up Energytech and explained my situation. Sami came by in a couple of hours, disconnected the old dryer, capped the gas line, and tested for leakage. The new dryer was installed this morning, and everything is working. The service from Sami was awesome considering it was on such short notice. Would definitely use their service again, and would most definitely recommend them to others.

Sami repaired my gas stove today, I'm very pleased with the work. He was very efficient and very knowledgeable., and the price was reasonable as well. I will use their service again. Highly recommend!!

Sami repaired our Panasonic microwave oven today. He was very professional, diligent and HONEST. The cost was reasonable and Sami was very open explaining the problem to me and showing me some simple troubleshooting fixes. We will use him in the future for any appliance issues.

Our gas clothes dryer (older model) was not working properly, it was making a very loud abnormal noise and was not heating up properly. Called Energytech for service and Sami came to check it out. The machine had been installed in such a manner that it was very difficult to service, Sami corrected that by adding a flexible extension to the gas pipeline enabling the machine to be moved for proper access. At first the abnormal noise was not there so Sami gave the machine a thorough cleaning, he also cleaned the vent leading outside. The abnormal noise did come back as Sami was
finishing up and it was caused by a faulty blower wheel (fan). The part had to be ordered from the USA and it took about two weeks to come. Sami came back, installed the new part and the dryer works fine now. Sami certainly went the extra mile for us and we would not hesitate to recommend Energytech for appliance repair
to our friends.

Our gas oven had intermittent problems - not holding temperature, shutting down. In the first visit Sami confirmed key controls were working but the likely problem was the circuit board which would cost about $400. As the oven worked fine during that visit he suggested rebooting (unplugging and re-plugging) might solve the problem and save a lot of money. As the problems continued intermittently we ordered the circuit board. Replacement was efficient and labour charge was minimal. Both service visits occurred in the agreed time window. I appreciated the transparency in pricing, prompt service and efforts to save money.

Very happy with EnergyTech and their technician Steven who installed both our dishwasher and gas stove. Steven went above and beyond in helping us out with a leak that later appeared. Terrific service and professionalism. Would strongly recommend this company.

The company initially refused to return my $80. After 10 months they were nice enough to eventually return my rightful money, The employee seemed like a nice guy, he came over and dropped off my cheque. The company handled the situation very professionally. I would highly recommend getting work done from these guys, they are professionals at what they do.
