Our gas clothes dryer (older model) was not working properly, it was making a very loud abnormal noise and was not heating up properly. Called Energytech for service and Sami came to check it out. The machine had been installed in such a manner that it was very difficult to service, Sami corrected that by adding a flexible extension to the gas pipeline enabling the machine to be moved for proper access. At first the abnormal noise was not there so Sami gave the machine a thorough cleaning, he also cleaned the vent leading outside. The abnormal noise did come back as Sami was finishing up and it was caused by a faulty blower wheel (fan). The part had to be ordered from the USA and it took about two weeks to come. Sami came back, installed the new part and the dryer works fine now. Sami certainly went the extra mile for us and we would not hesitate to recommend Energytech for appliance repair to our friends.
