Our gas oven had intermittent problems - not holding temperature, shutting down. In the first visit Sami confirmed key controls were working but the likely problem was the circuit board which would cost about $400. As the oven worked fine during that visit he suggested rebooting (unplugging and re-plugging) might solve the problem and save a lot of money. As the problems continued intermittently we ordered the circuit board. Replacement was efficient and labour charge was minimal. Both service visits occurred in the agreed time window. I appreciated the transparency in pricing, prompt service and efforts to save money.
