Dishwasher setup

Fridge repair

We used EnergyTech for the first time 2 years ago to fix a leaky dishwasher. The serviceman, Khan, was efficient and professional. When our fridge stopped working in January 2019, we called them again. Khan once again showed up, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the necessary parts and showed up when he said he would. The problem was fixed properly and the fridge has been fine ever since. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and even recommended them to a neighbour, who ended up using them too.

Freezer Repair

Appliance Repair review in Ajax

The freezer section in our refrigerator stopped working and we called Energy Tech for repair support. Khan, the technician who showed up was very nice and efficient. He explained what had failed (the motor) on the first consultation visit and that parts needed to be order before a fix. The turnaround was very first - he gave advance notice the same day that he will visit with the new parts the next day itself and even gave recommendations not to overload the freezer and this help prolong the life of the motor itself. Everything was smooth sailing and will definitely recommend their services.

Broiler on gas stove not functioning

The gentleman came the same day, right within the 2 hour window he specified. He was very polite, efficient and was super careful about not scratching my hardwood floors. He did the work very quickly (even given that he had to climb up on the counter to get behind the range! Not even a complaint about that). I was very satisfied with both the work and the price. I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
