Gas stove repair

One of the burners on our gas stove would not shut off. It was frightening because I could smell gas. I called Sami and he came right away, after making sure over the phone that the gas was shut off. He had to order a part and he returned exactly when he had said that he would and spent a long time, making sure that everything worked properly and that I was satisfied with his work. He was polite and patient. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you for all your help.

I had a problem with my fridge and I called the company, talked to Sami and he provided me with all the details and booked the appointment for the technician to come. The appointment window was from 10 to 12.

Safdar Khan the technician called me at 10 and told me that he would be at my house by 10:30. He was on time. Mr. Khan was very polite and knowledgeable. He told me right away what the problem was and the total cost to fix the issue. He completed the job and gave a good advice on fridge immanence. To top that, he even called the next day to make sure that everything was in working order.

One of the best customer service I have ever received. This company is highly recommended.

Have you ever had a service call where a guy comes in does his actual job fixes what he has to fix, doesnt try to upsale you on something, and just does his job with love, and care. As soon as he opened his bag and i saw the tidiness of his bag and the cleanliness of it, I knew I was in good hands, a man that takes really good care of his tools, cares about the job he uses those tools for. Samy, thank you. I went about my business cuz I was busy at home, as he went on about his. His honesty was very sincere the few minutes we spoke, it seemed to me that he wrote a small history of the unit for himself, which shows again that cares and saves time in case something did happen, considering our gas stove is old. Anyways sometimes, every once in blue moon you hear someone tell a story of a good service call. This is my little story of a great service call. Thank you Mr. Samy, you are greatly helping in restoring the balance of what customer service should be sir!

GE Fridge Repair

Service tech Safdar Khan arrived at our downtown home within a few hours after I called in for a service call ! He seemed very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem with our GE fridge, ( just purchased used off of kijiji and not freezing when we plugged it in) . Safdar was able to re-purpose a part from our old fridge (saving us the expense and delay of ordering a new part) and he had the fridge running like new in less than an hour.
A less professional or unscrupulous technician could have easily upsold us on expensive parts and labor but Safdar is a great tech and a good man and he only charged us the minimum service call charge of $79.

The installer removed the old stove and it’s hook up. He pushed it into another room and slid the new one in place. He connected it than opened all the burners and pieces and put the stove together.
