Appliance Repair review in Toronto

Repairman showed up late and then did not have the expertise to install dishwasher- could not get electrical power connected properly. He said it was something with the machine itself and that he had to go as he had appt that he was goin to be late for. Made him try it again and it worked but then didn’t have drainage hose supply like is stated onsite. Was goin to leave without fully hooking up to get to next Appt. Supposed to ensure fully operational. Poorly organized just trying to get more calls in. Would come back to complete if I paid another $60 plus tax.

Mr. S---- K--- came today to trouble shoot the problem with my dishwasher. He is very personable but most important he has over 25 years of valuable experience installing and repairing dishwashers. Within a few minutes of checking he diagnosed and resolved the problem. Very impressive. Can't beat experience.

Installer was pleasant, helpful and efficient. He was neat and easy to work with. He helped us unpack the new dishwasher and he noticed two dents. He stayed while we contacted the store to request it be exchanged and and came back when the replacement arrived. He called ahead, was punctual ... excellent service!

Fast, efficient, responsive and well-priced! Khan came when he said he would, offered a new gas hose at a more than reasonable price (ours was from 1984) and did the job in record time. Excellent everything!
