Max and his team are worth their value. 10+ year old roof needed replacing. After multiple estimates Twin Peaks Roofing met and exceed the bar. They weren't the lowest or the highest. They were just right.

Thorough, detailed, on time, polite, safe, kind, clean, informative and helpful. They called and kept us informed of the time of the project. There were no surprises.

They added AirHawk vents and new boots to replace the substandard original builder items, what a healthy roof needs to reduce wear. Suggestions and guidance on the air turbines were provided. Roof is warrantied for further care into our future with the quality shingles and underlay. Max came back to complete some extra items of downspouts and venting that add a nice complimentary touch to the shingling.

We know that if we have further roofing concerns we can call on Twin Peaks to come and resolve them.

With such an important decision, do not trust it to "other companies" that will give you the lowest price. It's usually the lowest quality too.

Late in 2020, I reached out to a number of roofing contractors to repair/replace my aging/damaged roof. Max came by, provided a fair quote, and we agreed on some quick repairs to get the roof through the winter. When we had a break in the weather in early March, Max initiated a request to start the work and replace the roof before spring rains arrived. Everything that needed to be done prior to the job starting was clearly communicated.

On the day of the job, Max and his team showed up early, and were able to remove the old roof & vents, and replace the vents and re-shingle the roof in less than a day. The crew was diligent about cleaning after themselves, and leaving the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.

We had our new roof installed March of 2021. Max and his team at Twin Peaks Roofing were nothing short of outstanding. The entire process was seamless. From the clearly outlined and straightforward quoting process, to helping choose our tile colors, and even checking in on our roof once the spring came to determine how quickly we needed to have the job started. The team was courteous, friendly, clean and efficient. Our material delivery was made the day before our scheduled job, and the Twin Peaks team arrived bright and early the next day to start the work. They finished the job the same day!! They even had a magnet broom and diligently ran it over our grass to pick up any potential nails that may have fallen onto the grass during demolition of the old roof. The clean-up was fantastic and like they were never even here. I highly recommend Max and his team to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

We had a bad water leak from our roof that was causing interior damage. We called TwinPeaks roofing immediately as they were recommended by a friend. Max came to us right away to assess the situation. He found a tennis ball sized hole in the rear valley, and discovered the poor state of our roof. He acted quickly to patch the hole and within days, had a crew here to replace the roof. They did an excellent job, and did not charge for the original repair. Max was courteous and upfront about all costs, and actually gave us a better deal than other quotes we had done previously. Or house has never looked better, and we are ecstatic with the level of quality and professionalism from TwinPeaks! I highly recommend anyone to use their services. Our shingles were at the end of their useful life and over the summer we sought quotes from a few roofing companies. The job involved removal of existing shingles and installing new shingles on a storey and a half house, a sunroom extension and a pool house. Of the companies that actually took the time to come provide a quote we selected Twin Peaks. Jim who came to provide the estimate was very personable, explained our needs thoroughly and provided knowledgeable answers to our questions as we went through the scope of work with him. They were accommodative in terms of scheduling as we had to have some stabilization work done on a sunroom extension before we could start the roofing work. Once scheduled the job started on time and was completed over a day and a half. Communication was excellent with both Jim during the estimation / quote phase and Max (owner) during the scheduling and work phase. Max was onsite during the work. He and his crew were all friendly, courteous and very attentive to clean-up.

All our phone calls were returned promptly. The job was started and finished on the day they said it would be done. Our property was left neat and tidy. This was the third time we have had work done by Twnpeaks and each experience has been the same.

In my personal life and through my career, I have dealt with maybe 10 to 12 different roofing companies. There are some good ones, and there are some bad ones. (I have also completed several shingle replacements myself, and feel I have a reasonable idea of what to expect during a roof replacement (my younger years). After some internet searching, reading online reviews, a couple of quotes, and looking at some recent roof completions, I decided on Max and team.

Looking through many of the Home Stars reviews, almost all give a 10/10 for Twin Peaks. To keep this short, and based on my experience with Max and team, the reviews are pretty accurate for what to expect. All the points around professionalism, timeframe to start the work, timely completion of the job, cleanup, etc. were great… No complaints!

I did have a follow up question for Max after personally inspecting the job the next day, and I emailed Twin Peaks looking for a response. The follow up customer service was excellent. Max called me that same evening and I was completely satisfied with the follow-up.

So yes, I also highly recommend Max and team, and will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.
