Twin Peaks did a beautiful job on our roof. Max (Owner) was great at keeping me informed on the schedule, as rainy weather required a few days delay. Material was delivered when specified and the job started at the appropriate time. What I really appreciated was all the extra details Max explained on the proper way to shingle and vent a roof, aspects that other Roofers didn’t even mention. You get what you pay for, as unfortunately for several neighbours Max was able to point out deficiencies with their newer roofs (installation details that even appear on the shingle packaging weren’t followed by the cheaper competition!).
The crew was friendly and big enough to finish in a timely fashion...no hammering into the early evening which seems typical with other houses that only has 3 or 4 guys working on it.
I would recommend Twin Peaks without hesitation.

Max, and his crew, were fantastic. They showed up early, worked quickly, and were willing to answer any questions. They also cleaned up well once they were finished. We needed to get our roof replaced within a few weeks, and Twinpeaks were able to accommodate our schedule, despite it being one of the busiest parts of the year for them.

Jim who deals with sales and quotes spent more time on the roof than any of other companies who provided quotes. He did an amazing job with his detailed quote, explaining the options, the entire installation process as well as answered all of our many questions or concerns we had. Along with his Scottish humor, he was very pleasant to deal with.

Max the owner, kept us informed of the time of the project with his daily on site updates and follow ups afterwards. He was friendly, approachable and professional throughout the entire process.
Most importantly, it was Max's genuine honestly ,reliability and care towards his clients that truly made him stand out from the competitors.

Installation crew( - no subcontracting) was excellent, very professional and courteous. They left my property cleaner than it originally was.

Max and Twin Peeks offered very competitive pricing for excellent and total service. Not only were they very professional and friendly, but they worked on a very difficult, steep roof with not much room to work in, because my neighbour’s house was so close. This must have been extremely difficult for them. They did a complete and thorough job from start to finish and even came back to ensure my neighbour was happy with their cleanup. It was not an easy feat but they did it with a smile. We got more than 10 quotes and heard lots of promises and high-sounding guarantees that, upon reading the fine-print were misleading. Twin Peaks seemed to be the most honest and transparent. I have no doubt that they will be available if ever something needs to be fixed or adjusted. I would highly recommend them even to my closest friends and family.

Max and his team are worth their value. 10+ year old roof needed replacing. After multiple estimates Twin Peaks Roofing met and exceed the bar. They weren't the lowest or the highest. They were just right.

Thorough, detailed, on time, polite, safe, kind, clean, informative and helpful. They called and kept us informed of the time of the project. There were no surprises.

They added AirHawk vents and new boots to replace the substandard original builder items, what a healthy roof needs to reduce wear. Suggestions and guidance on the air turbines were provided. Roof is warrantied for further care into our future with the quality shingles and underlay. Max came back to complete some extra items of downspouts and venting that add a nice complimentary touch to the shingling.

We know that if we have further roofing concerns we can call on Twin Peaks to come and resolve them.

With such an important decision, do not trust it to "other companies" that will give you the lowest price. It's usually the lowest quality too.
