Replace Roof Shingles

The quote visit was prompt as well as the proposed date for materials delivery and the work .
The shingle replacement was done quickly and efficiently and the workers were friendly and did a good cleanup of the house perimeter .
We were very satisfied with all aspects of a job well done

Thank You, Your roof was in very bad shape as you were totally aware of. This is why we rushed out to do a large emergency waterproofing before that huge storm. Now your house is completely wrapped in the proper underlayments , shingled with a long lasting architectural shingle, and you have all animal proof steel vents etc. and will be good for the next 2 decades or so.

New CertainTeed Presidential Shwke and 2 New skylights.

We needed a new roof and skylights, but I wanted to use a better looking shingle. The Presidential Shake was recommended and we are very happy the results. A very premium unique look. The workmanship and dealings were great. Even have a weather challenge and Twin Peaks worked very hard to get the roof sealed up in an unexpected downpour.

HI Dale, I love your house, even more now with one of the nicest roofs we have ever completed. The presidential shake separates your home for the majority of the houses out there, Even considering your down by the lake! with the ridge venting and the 2 new 4x4 velux skylights, your homes curb appeal has now increased tremendously. You should be able to enjoy your new roof for the next 30 years or so.

ROOF RE-SHINGLING

From the detailed quote to the clean and efficient worksite that was maintained during the job, to the finished product - these guys are PROS and I would highly recommend at any time. They even provided drone photos of the finished product!! They were not the cheapest option, but in life you get what you pay for; we were very glad that we hired them for a job very well done!!!

Hi, I hope you enjoy the comfort of knowing you got a detailed installation with the number 1 shingle of its kind ( CertainTeed Landmark PRO). We set you up to receive the longest life from all the elements of the roof, ie. re flashed chimneys and skylights, animal proof vents, we wrapped up all the lower slope pitches , walls and pockets with ice and water shield and did some detailed metal work where you used to have animal cages.

Very happy with the work done by Twinpeaks Roofing! We had them out to do the back slopes of our townhome. They were done in half a day, were professional, respectful, tidy and hard working! The roof looks amazing! They were thorough and easy to work with and quick to respond for a quote, and any questions we had. They also happily worked around our schedule. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. We’ve used other companies in the past and there is no comparison! look no further!

Fast, efficient and professional
