Beauty Saunas And Baths

We experienced a flood which devastated the lower half of our home, including the main floor bathroom. Instead of a restoration, we decided on a major upgrade. After much research both in local outlet stores and online, we purchased a steam shower system from Beauty Saunas and Baths. I admit I was sceptical, as the cost came in at approx. half what similar units would have cost from our local bath supply outlets. However, our plumber was floored when he unpacked it and explained that we really had purchased a premium product at a price he couldn't possibly have matched (at least $4100!). We've been using it for a couple of months now and LOVE our new steam shower. Great product, great delivery (quick and well packed) and amazing value!

I purchased a wall mount Eago toilet unit. Quality of this product was equal or greater than many other units at twice the price for CSA certified.

Tech support was always immediate, friendly and helpful, directions were pictures but clear and easy, and unit installed with very little muss or fuss.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again for my next bath project.

I found Aaron's site online, read the reviews, found the price satisfactory, and decided to order from Beauty Saunas. The unit was not in stock, but the delay was no problem as I spent the time in site preparation. The steam shower arrived on schedule, was exactly as advertised, and Aaron responded to any requests for information rapidly. My wife and I are very satisfied with the unit and the service. One suggestion for the next software update for the controls would be to include a clock in the display area or the flexibility of wireless (bluetooth?) control.

I love my infrared sauna. It helps me relax, as well as, sweat it out when I am not feeling well.

Mine has a CD player, so I love to put in some really relaxing music to help take time for myself to unwind from my day.

It was the best investment I've made, as it doesn't need maintenance, purchase of chemicals or water like a hot tub, which I've had in the past.

We received our tub to our place professionally crated. Upon installing it shortly after by a Certified installed, we came across two major issues, First the power supply cable to the central control was completely missing. Once we trouble shooted, Aaron from the Beauty Saunas, Calgary sent me the very important 3 foot cable and walked me thru the difficult hook up. It worked, but I was not happy missing such integral part. A secondary issue arose when testing and levelling. Seems between two drain pipes, there was a missing overflow tubing, which we experienced several small floods until I was able to fix myself. At this time, I was concerned about any damage to our freshly laid flooring, I didn't contact the company, as I was working hard to get the tub operational.
In the end, we do ENJOY the tub, absolutely a joy to our family and my wife's body! I realize that these large units can come with problems, but the two that occurred, was a major inconvience. IF any one considers one, by all means, but definitely inspect and use the company supplier support your purchase.

This was a DIY project, which involved totally gutting and rebuilding a 15-year old bathroom. Our experience with the company (dealing long distance; Calgary to Halifax) was very positive with fast responses and updates on shipping, etc. The Eago steam shower and bathtub arrived unscathed. Except for moving the pieces to the second level of our house (help from neighbour) my wife and I installed it ourselves without too much trouble. It's been about 9 months now and we simply love the products, and we have not have any issues. We highly recommend the company and the products.

Installation was a bit difficult especially in small spaces but once everything was put together the end product was very impressive. We are very happy with the steam shower. We have had the shower for 6months and have had no issues with it. Overall it is a great product.

I looked all over Vancouver Island and Vancouver and could not find a tub that had all the toys and was the right size. This tub was installed in my master suite. I Have had no problems with it, the service was excellent. The tub is fantastic, lights, music, jets, I highly recommend this tub and the company, they seem to go above and beyond service expectations.

During an upstairs remodel I replaced 2 toilets with with new dual flush Eago. They work very well and have a modern one piece design. I was so impressed I also replaced the toilet on main level and one for my father-in-law. I picked them up at the showroom and installed them myself with no bother. I have had them for a year now and they work great. I did research before buying and have seen the same product at other stores at a much higher price. I would recommend going in and taking a look they have some nice products.
