Beauty Saunas And Baths

Purchased a bathroom vanity with 2 vessel sinks and taps from Beauty Saunas and Baths. The products were of superior quality and at a reasonable price. One of the vessel sinks had a slight flaw and was replaced within a few days. We had shopped around extensively before purchasing from Beauty Saunas and we did receive a high quality product. The washroom renovation was successfully completed under budget and on time.

My husband and I purchased a full Bathroom Vanity product #BB60D from this company. We live in NB Canada and from online order to delivery it took two weeks. We are incredibly pleased with the quality and look and the customer service from Aaron was excellent. Only drawback was on the actual sight I had a hard time finding actual reviews from people. We were far away from the showroom and we were worried. The thing that sold us was price, customer service and BBB review. We are thrilled with this purchase!

My wife and I worked with Dave Wagner and Marlon Meginbir to purchase an Eago all in one steam shower and jetted tub spa. They were very helpful in getting us the information we needed to research the product and also met with us at their local show room in Calgary so we could put our hands on the showers and get an idea of their quality. We did our research and decided to purchase the unit. The shower arrived 2 weeks after the expected delivery date, delayed but worth the wait! We hired the plumber that Dave recommended to us who has done installs for other clients of theirs. We were happy with his services. It was installed properly and quickly! His fee was $1,200 for install. We also had to hire an electrician to run the power lines and install the GFCI breakers in the panel box. That was an additional $2,000. The spa is a beauty! It is great quality and is a pleasure to use. Lots of nice features. The spa was an excellent asset to our bathroom renovation. It is a nice, compact all-in-one solution for pampering us!

I installed a marvelous Ariel Steam Shower from Beauty Saunas & Bath in November 2015. I love it. Everything I expected and more. It is beautifully made . Was easily installed by myself and a couple of friends. Very please by the friendly and knowledgeable assistance of Aaron Gruenke. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you

Purchased a replacement power box for a sauna through their online site. Very easy to deal with and perfect replacement part needed to fix a clients infrared sauna. Good quality product and was a simple plug a play with the removal of the original unit. Would definitely purchase from again!

We had research steam showers on line and in our local area, we were looking for a steam shower that would fit into the pocket where our old shower was and would not require a separate are for a steam generator. I came across beauty saunas and bath on the Internet and. Contacted Aaron at the number provided. He was very informative and provided me with all the information I needed. After some more research I ordered a two person steam shower. It arrived in about 5 days ( we live about 2500 km from Calgary, where it was coming from) the shower was very well packed and everything was in great shape. We had the shower installed by contractors who were doing our entire bathroom. They were very impressed by the quality of the shower and how well it went together. I did have to call Aaron a couple of times for instructions as the instructions you get could be a bit better. He was very good at getting back to me and was very well versed in the product. The contractors commented that if I had built the same shower it would have been much more expensive. I had one small issue with one of the floor panels and how it fit. I spoke to Aaron and within 5 days had a new panel at my house. We have had the shower for about a mouth now and have had now problems. My boys say it's the best thing we have ever bought. I would recommend this product and this company to any of my friends.

Our control board went in our Infrared Sauna. Contacted Beauty Saunas and Baths and they were helpful in telling us what the problem was. We ordered the part and it came very quickly. Was impressed with the customer service

I contacted "Aaron by email and he instantly replied back , within moments he knew what part I needed to repair my home sauna. Unfortunately the part that I needed was out of stock and Aaron emailed me once his company had stock and even honoured the quote that he gave me! That is awesome, and it was shipped and received within a week. Thanks so much , what a great company!

This 2-person steam shower has been a fantastic addition to our bathroom.

The controls for water flow, temperature and diversion are very easy to use. Being able to quickly change the diversion from overhead to shower head to body shower (there are 2 of these) is very convenient.

The multi-coloured lights and radio are both features that I had thought were unnecessary, however once you have them they are both very cool and great for atmosphere.

The steam function begins working in a couple of minutes and heats the enclosure to 40 C in about 5 minutes. Both the timer and temperature controls work well.

Overall, we are very pleased and highly recommend this product.

Had great service when purchasing the steam shower. They are fantastic salesmen. Had a professional build and install the unit with much difficulty. They openly acknowledge that the instructions they provide are poor (why not do something to correct that!) We've had nothing but problems with the unit since it was installed. We now have to remove the drywall on our kitchen ceiling due to the unit's poor construction which caused it to flood into our kitchen. The brand new unit which has only been installed since September (less then 2 months) is a HUGE disappointment in many ways (too many to list in the space provided). The end result is that it will most likely have to be removed. We've contacted the store several times and they are washing their hands of us and telling us it was installed improperly...but if they don't offer installation and they admit the instructions they provide are poor then it's buyer beware and we have been had. Please, do yourself a favour and have a custom shower built. Don't go this route and try to save money with Beauty Saunas & Baths. They seem like great people to deal with but when something goes wrong they have an argument and excuse for every thing.
