The product Mark uses is environmentally friendly, which is important to me and my family. We have been using Mark for carpet and upholstery cleaning for the past 8 years. He is a great guy and does a wonderful job. With the chem dry system, your carpets dry within 2 hours (no more steam cleaning - it doesn't compare). Mark does everything from start to finish - moves all furniture, and puts it back meticulously. You do not have to lift a finger. Carpets look like new when he leaves! Always does an amazing job in a short period of time. Can count on him to do whole house clean, or even to come out for small jobs to remove pet stains. Extremely pleased with Mark and highly recommended! After Mark, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Mark's attention to detail is amazing. He is meticulous and takes his time and does the job absolutely thoroughly - no short cuts whatsoever and, afterwards, he goes over everything, treating any stubborn stains again. I cannot understand the previous poster's comments, because if your stains do not all disappear, Mark is only too happy to return and re- treat them.

Best of all, there is no smell and your carpets are beautifully clean and dry in about two hours.

I called All Star to clean our basement carpet which was badly stained and they did an okay job but the stains came back. I didn't bother calling them back but I wasn't very happy with their product and overall service.
