I interviewed at least five contractors to renovate our almost 40 year old finished basement, and to upgrade the two upstairs washrooms. I know I made the best decision ever in hiring Hooman and his father, Behrooz. They are both the most honest and pleasant people you could ever meet. They clearly love their work and have a passion for building. From our first meeting , we could tell that we were dealing with total professionals who really know what they are doing. Work started on time on the designated day. I have never seen two men work so hard and co -operatively. They were quiet and respectful of my home at all times, and they work so neatly! At rhe end of each day, no mess was ever left behind. These are perfectionists, who will never cut corners, and the quality of their work goes above and beyond any expectations. I appreciated their valued input into any decision making along the way, and was especially appreciative that they were willing to go along with my choices, too. The project finished exactly on time, and on budget. We did add in a few extras, so there were no surprises. Everything was well documented as went along. Everything was done methodically, and we walked through what had been accomplished each day to see that everything was done to our liking. We also appreciated the fact that we could communicate so readily with Hooman via text messages. All in all, we could not be happier with this project. In fact, we have already booked Hooman and Behrooz for our next renovation project in the Spring! We look forward to having them back, and we will most certainly be spreading the word about their skills to our friends and neighbours. We feel so lucky to have found this company on Homestars We are extremely happy with our brand new basement, and especially the beautiful kitchen. Our washrooms now look modern and refreshed, and we are already enjoying using them. .

Once again, Mark did an amazing job. I called him in after our painters left, and he came right on time and was able to get most of the stains out of a heavily soiled carpet in one bedroom. Everything now looks so much fresher and cleaner, and it saved me getting new carpets! Mark is, as always, thorough and very professional, and we hope to be able to use his excellent services for many years to come.

When you have used Manny once, you will be hooked!! This was Manny's second job at our home, and once again, he was tops. He is worth every cent and does an amazing job, being he consummate professional is. Manny is just the nicest guy imaginable. He is honest, so pleasant and a pleasure to have around your home. He is a perfectionist and will ensure that you are totally happy with the job, even if it means coming back to make you satisfied. When Manny says he will be there, trust me, he will - and on time, too. When you use Manny, you are using the best in the business, and you are certain to be delighted with the job. Thanks again, Manny. We look forward to seeing you again next year as you restore our home from dowdy to gorgeous!!

Mark has been cleaning the very light carpets in my home for about a decade already, and I would never want anyone else to do so. Mark always arrives on time, is friendly and really knows his business. He always assesses the areas he is to clean and gives you the price before he starts the work. Mark's attention to detail is amazing. He is meticulous and takes his time and does the job absolutely thoroughly - no short cuts whatsoever and, afterwards, he goes over everything, treating any stubborn stains again. I cannot understand the previous poster's comments, because if your stains do not all disappear, Mark is only too happy to return and re- treat them. Best of all, there is no smell and your carpets are beautifully clean and dry in about two hours. Over the years, I have recommended Mark to others, and without exception they call to say how thrilled they are with the job he has done and they have all become repeat customers of long- standing. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his company and will definitely be using them for my carpets, always. You will never find anyone better to get your carpets looking their very best again.

Stewart is amazingly knowlegable about all types of flooring. He offers honest advice and executes each job with a great competence. He comes when he says he is coming and works extremely hard until the work is completed. He cleans up and removes all unwanted materials. Stewart is a pleasure to deal with - he is responsible and trustworthy and you can feel totally at ease giving him the key to your home whilst he is on the job! You are sure to have the best looking floors in the GTA if Stewart does them for you!
